Objectives

Those attending this course will learn current sound and best practice techniques for Operational Risk management. The course will cover Governance and Framework structures (including ISO 31000), building a culture to support good risk management, driving value out of Operational Risk management activities, Risk Appetite, Scenario Analysis and Capital Modelling and Operational Risk Reporting techniques.

Prerequisites

Delegates must meet the following criteria to be eligible to become CORP™:

Attendance - delegates must attend all sessions of the course. Delegates who miss more than two hours of the course sessions will not be eligible to sit the course exam
Successful completion of the course assessment
